Possible thunderstorms, wet and cool conditions this week in Mississauga and Brampton

Mississauga and Brampton residents should expect wet and rainy conditions to continue as the region sees a high of only 17 degrees Celsius this week.
A 60 per cent chance of showers today (Sept. 25) turns into the risk of a thunderstorm early this evening with a low of 12 degrees Celsius overnight.
According to Weather Historian, Rolf Campbell, today was Mississauga’s wettest Sept. 25 in more than 70 years.

The rain will stick around until tomorrow (Sept. 26) with a 70 per cent chance of showers. A high of 17 degrees Celsius for Monday is expected and there is the possibility of a thunderstorm in the afternoon.

There is a 60 per cent chance of showers Monday night and low of 11. Southwest wind gusting from 30 km/h to 50 km/h will shift to a west wind after midnight and become light.
The thunderstorm risk is gone by Tuesday (Sept. 27), but the rain continues. There will be a high of 17 degrees Celsius with a 60 per cent chance of showers.
On Wednesday (Sept. 28), there is no rain predicted but the clouds remain with a high of 15 degrees Celsius dropping to a low of plus 2 overnight.
Sun is expected for Thursday (Sept. 29) as the skies continue to clear but expect a cooler, crisp day with a high of 14 degrees Celsius. Thursday night it will reach a low of plus 2.
The clouds return on Friday (Sept. 30) but the rain is gone for now.
