7-year-old boy reported missing from beach area in Hamilton

Police are continuing the search for a seven-year-old boy who went missing near a beach in Hamilton on Canada Day.

Nathanael Selambi was last seen on July 1 at approximately 3 p.m. in the Binbrook Conservation Area located at 5050 Harrison Rd., Hamilton Police said.

Nathanael was last seen on the beach by the floating inflatable playground at the Binbrook Conservation Area, police said.

He is described as a black male with a skinny build, four-feet tall, with short/shaved hair. He was wearing a white tank top with Thomas the Train Engine pictures on the front, green shorts with a small orange logo above the left knee and green swim goggles.

Police are appealing to members of the public who may have seen Nathanael yesterday to assist officers with the ongoing search of the conservation area.
