5 wanted after thieves steal $100,000 in trading cards, games from Ajax stores

Five suspects are wanted after a trading card store and a game store in Ajax were broken into last month, with more than $100,000 in cards and other merchandise stolen.

Durham Police say MIntink Cards on Salem Road was victimized in the early morning hours of June 14, with security cameras capturing five bandits – all dressed in black with faces partially covered – taking trading cards and other products before fleeing in a white Honda Civic.

A short time later police say the suspects broke into We Got Gamez on Kingston Road in Ajax and stole additional merchandise.

A second Honda Civic was seen driving with the original suspect vehicle; However, both vehicles fled from police.
