Home sales were up in Brampton last month and even though prices are increasing, properties are trading hands faster.

Brampton had the most home sales in the Region of Peel in March with 604 sales at an average price of $1,030,637, according to Zoocasa.com. And with Brampton buyers favouring larger property types, more than a few high-end and luxury properties came off the market.
