5 most expensive homes sold in Brampton last month

Home sales were up for the second month in a row in Brampton, beating out both Mississauga and Caledon for the number of properties changing hands.

The average price of a home in Brampton was $1,088,311 in April according to Zoocasa.com, up more than 5 per cent from March. But some homes that sold last month were several times more expensive than the average, while others didn’t even come close.

Here’s a look at some of the most expensive homes sold in Brampton last month:
