A new development happening in Mississauga will have five medical spaces on its ground floor.

A storage facility building currently under construction at 6005 Erin Mills Parkway includes five ground-floor units dedicated to medical use.

Two dentists are already secured on the site, while the remaining three units are open to accommodating pharmacies, walk-in clinics, specialty doctors, or rehab and wellness clinics.

Interested tenants can inquire here for more info about the units.

The size of the new units ranges from 1,395 to 4,013 sq. ft.

They’re just one of the many new developments happening at the busy Erin Mills Pkwy/Britannia Rd W intersection, which has become a very popular retail destination in recent years, serving multiple communities between Meadowvale, Streetsville and Erin Mills.

The storage facility is part of the same complex currently housing a variety of restaurants like Starbucks, Chipotle, Burger King, Nani’s Gelato, Kelsey’s, Gladiator Burger and more.

Possession of the new units is available starting in May 2023.

They’re being leased out by Orlando Corporation which also operates Heartland Town Centre, Mississauga’s biggest outdoor shopping centre situated around Mavis and Britannia.
