Five of the most expensive homes sold in Mississauga last month all went for over $2 million.

The real estate market has been sluggish.

Despite a Bank of Canada interest rate cut, the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board said home sales in June declined 16.4 per cent from last year.

The average selling price in the Greater Toronto Area was down 1.6 per cent year-over-year to $1,162,167.

But some buyers can afford to spend more. Real estate brokerage Zoocasa just released its list of the most expensive homes sold in Mississauga in June.
