5 Mississauga homes that recently sold for less than $500,000

House prices might be lower than what they were this time last year, but those looking to purchase property in Mississauga aren’t likely to find something as affordable as they might have found just 10 years ago. 

That said, real estate website and brokerage Zoocasa recently compiled a list of local homes that changed hands for less than $500,000.

At a time when the average house price still sits at $977,016 (as of January 2023), a place under half a million dollars seems like quite the deal.

Here’s a look at five of the most affordable homes that recently sold in Mississauga:


1101 – 2323 Confederation Pkwy

This spacious Cooksville condo (which offers up to 1,399 square feet of space) boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The suite, which provides a rare in-suite storage room, sold for $425,000 after hitting the market at $449,900. The unit offers large rooms, oversized windows and proximity to biking and hiking trails, transit, major highways and Square One. 


1210 – 2929 Aquitaine Ave

This Meadowvale condo sold for $438,000–the asking price. The suite features two bedrooms, two bathrooms and over 800 square feet of space. According to the listing, the unit also boasts a combination living and dining room, two walk-out balconies and a walk-in closet. 


1204 – 3501 Glen Erin Dr

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in Erin Mills recently sold for $473,000. It was listed at $499,000. The unit spans about 900 square feet and offers two side-by-side parking spots, and the maintenance fee covers all utilities. The building is close to shops, transit and trails. 


301 – 3120 Kirwin Ave

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom Cooksville condo recently sold for $477,000 after being listed for $479,999. Boasting about 800 square feet of space, the suite offers laminate floors, an updated kitchen with high-end appliances and proximity to transit, shops, schools and restaurants.

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom, ground-level unit just sold for $488,000 after hitting the market at $519,000. Offering about 670 square feet of space, the suite features an open-concept living and dining area, new laminate flooring, pot lights, one parking spot and a balcony.
