5 homes that sold for under $600K in Mississauga last month

The least expensive homes that sold last month in Mississauga all went for under $600,000 with one selling for under $500,000.

While home prices declined overall in Mississauga, condos apartments actually went up six per cent to an average price of $630,583 and freehold townhouses, increased 10 per cent to $1,123,342.

But there are still deals out there. Real estate brokerage Zoocasa put together a list of the five least expensive homes sold in Mississauga in February.

Here are the five least expensive homes sold:

2111-4470 Tucana Court

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is over 900 square feet and has city views. It also comes with a solarium, which could be used as an office, family room, or extra bedroom.

This condo sold for $565,000 on Feb. 19, under the asking price of $579,000.

710-1485 Lakeshore Road East

This Lakeview, one-bedroom condo has a bright, open-concept design. There is a large primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a den.

This condo sold for $560,423 on Feb. 10, well over the $499,000 list price.

2607-33 Elm Drive

This one-bedroom condo comes with a generously-sized kitchen and ample counter space. Amenities include a pool, yoga room, sauna, steam room, fully-equipped gym and hot tubs.

This home sold for $551,000 on Feb. 25, just over the $535,000 list price.

This three-bedroom, two-storey townhouse also has a den. Located in Erindale, it is close to shopping centres and easily accessible highways.

This condo-townhouse sold for $550,000 on Feb. 13, just over the $535,000 list price.

306-50 Kingsbridge Garden Circle

This one-bedroom condo is located steps away from the upcoming Hazel Mccallion LRT line, in the heart of Mississauga. Amenities include an indoor pool, squash room, tennis court and exercise room.

This place sold for $440,000 on Feb. 13, under the asking price of $448,000.
