While the average home price in the Halton region hit $1,267,011 in February, there are still some more affordable properties that are changing hands for less than $600,000.

This one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in Burlington’s downtown area just sold for $477,000 after hitting the market at $478,900. The corner unit, located on the ground floor, offers more than 1,000 square feet of space and is close to the lake, GO station, Spencer Smith Park and other amenities. 


636 – 102 Grovewood Common – Oakville

This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo in River Oaks just sold for $570,000 after hitting the market at $479,990–almost $100,000 over-asking. Spanning over 600 square feet, the top floor unit offers a den, 10-foot ceilings, modern flooring, an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a 55 square foot balcony.
