5 condos that just sold for under $480K in Brampton

Good news for condo buyers in Brampton — the prices have dropped.

People looking to buy a condo in Brampton will want to keep an eye on the market. Compared to just a few months ago, the price of condos has gone down significantly.

In October, some of the least expensive homes sold in Brampton ranged from $490,000 to $545,000. Now similar condos are selling for under $480,000.

If you can afford the mortgage, this could be a good time to buy. Those looking to sell, however, may want to hang on. Real estate website and brokerage Zoocasa just released the least expensive homes sold in Brampton.

Here are the five least expensive homes sold in Brampton in December 2022:

706 – 8 Lisa St.

This two-bedroom (plus one), 1,000–1,199 square foot condo overlooks the building’s green space. It has two bathrooms and an underground parking space. It also comes with some pretty sweet amenities including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, squash courts, tennis courts and a gym.

Still this property, first listed at $539,900 in July, sold for $420,000 on Dec. 12.

This south Brampton condo unit comes with tons of natural light with oversized windows. The 600–699 square foot unit has one bedroom plus a den. The low-rise building overlooks South Fletcher’s Creek Park. Amenities include an indoor pool, party room, gym, and library.

First listed for $459,999, this condo sold in just two days for $450,000 on Dec. 18.

This one-bedroom suite comes with a spacious 700 square feet. The kitchen has been renovated with stainless steel appliances and a modern backsplash. The living room and dining area are open concept leading to an enclosed balcony space. It comes with an underground parking space but it’s also close to the GO Station.

Listed for $470,000 on Dec. 9, this place sold for $460,000 on Dec. 21.

This condo was listed for $450,000 in November and sold for $461,500 on Dec. 6.

This top floor or “penthouse” unit, is in a central location close to Bramalea City Centre. The 1,000–1,199 square foot space has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It also has a walkout balcony and renovated kitchen with a breakfast area.

It was listed for $490,000 in November and sold for $473,000 on Dec. 10.
