We’re only about halfway through the year, but Heartland Town Centre in Mississauga has already celebrated a ton of new store and restaurant openings, with even more to come.

The massive outdoor shopping centre at Mavis and Britannia is no stranger to new openings. So far in 2025, they’ve welcomed in a new bubble tea shop, multiple new restaurants including a beloved American chain that just recently came to Canada, a footwear and apparel brand, and much more.
In case you missed them, here are 5 new openings to check out at Heartland Town Centre:
CoCo Fresh Tea opened in April as the city’s newest go-to spot for bubble tea lovers. They’re a global brand from Taiwan, known for using fresh ingredients and offering a wide variety of tea-based drinks.
Their most popular drinks include the Lychee Green Tea, Bubble GaGa (passion fruit tea with coconut jelly and pearls), and 3 Guys (milk tea with grass jelly, pudding and pearls), all customizable with your choice of sweet toppings including tapioca pearls, crystal pearls, fresh taro, coconut jelly, and honey jelly.

Another popular spot that opened in April is Momo2Go, the fast-casual Himalayan restaurant that serves mouthwatering momos (South Asian dumplings) infused with bold Indian and Nepali flavors.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of momos including steamed, fried, and specialty options, filled with your choice of veggies, chicken or beef. They blend traditional recipes with street food flair, and the result is crowd favourites like the Crispy Chili Momo, Tandoori Momo, and Butter Chicken Momo.

Famous American sandwich chain Jersey Mike’s officially came to Canada this year, finally giving us sandwich lovers north of the border the opportunity to try their fresh-sliced, Northeast-style subs made “Mike’s Way.” The Heartland location opened in June.
