4 school buses vandalized, not safe for the road in Ontario city

Police are on the hunt for the culprits who vandalized four school buses east of Cobourg, Ontario, rendering the vehicles unusable as students return to school this week.
Quinte West Ontario Provincial Police said sometime in the overnight hours of Monday into Tuesday, the parked vehicles were broken into and damaged.
“The damage was extensive enough that the buses could not be used today. Currently, there is no estimate of the cost of damages,” police said in a news release issued on Tuesday.
The school buses were parked in a lot in the West Street and Chester Road area of Quinte West, a city of some 50,000 people located between Cobourg and Kingston.
