Craftadian hosting four major handmade markets this year in Burlington, Hamilton and Mississauga

Shoppers will find a huge selection of unique handmade goods at the Craftadian handmade markets, coming to Burlington, Hamilton, and Mississauga this year.

The popular curated market is a celebration of small-batch Canadian-made goods, bringing together hundreds of talented designers, artisans, and creators that attract thousands of shoppers to each event.

This year Craftadian is hosting four handmade markets in Mississauga, Burlington and Hamilton.

For those who love unique, handmade goods from food to jewellery, candles to kids’ toys, home decor to art, and the experience of browsing a local market, be sure to save the dates for the following events:


Craftadian & Gluten Free Goodness Expo
Sunday, April 21:
10 am – 4 pm
Small Arms Inspection Building, 1352 Lakeshore Rd E., Mississauga

Craftadian and Gluten Free Goodness Expo are teaming up! Two amazing shows and one epic event.

Sip, Sample, and Shop as they showcase vendors, offering the best in gluten-free goodness and all things local and handmade.

With a massive vendor list of 100 combined vendors for both Craftadian and the Gluten Free Goodness Expo, the market will be one of the best places in Mississauga to find a wide range of handcrafted goods and gluten free food all in one place.

Admission is just $6 and can be purchased at the door or online here. Kids 12 and under get free admission, and there is free parking available on site.


Craftadian Burlington Spring Market
Saturday, May 25: 10 am – 4 pm
Ron Joyce Centre, 4350 South Service Rd, Burlington

Enjoy gourmet food while you peruse the market, featuring over 65 curated makers and artisans. Shoppers will find all sorts of locally handmade crafts including art, body care, candles, jewellery, home decor, woodworking and more, while local food vendors will offer perogies, tea, chocolate, baked goods, and even more tasty goodies. The market will also feature live entertainment from local DJ Julie Fazooli.

Admission is $5, tickets can be purchased online here or at the door. Children under 16 are free, and parking is free with your admission.


Craftadian Burlington Holiday Market
Saturday, Nov. 2 and Sunday, Nov. 3
10 am – 4 pm
Ron Joyce Centre
, 4350 South Service Rd, Burlington

The Burlington holiday market features 120 curated artisans with different vendors each day, selling everything from local art, candles, body care, home décor local gourmet food and more. Shop local this holiday season and find the perfect handmade gift. The market wouldn’t be complete without live music from DJ Julie Fazooli.

Admission is $6, for both days. Children under 16 are free.


Craftadian Hamilton Holiday Market
Saturday, Dec. 7 and Sunday, Dec. 8
10 am – 4 pm
McMaster Innovation Park
, 175 Longwood Rd S., Hamilton

The Craftadian Hamilton Holiday market is their flagship event, where shoppers can enjoy live music while they shop the best in Canadian handmade. Guests can sip and shop as this is a licensed event.

This event features over 150 curated artisans, with different vendors each day selling a selection of art, body care, candles, jewellery, home decor, woodworking, and more.

Admission is $6 for both days. Children under 16 are free.


Shoppers can enjoy free parking at the Burlington and Hamilton markets with their admission (just be sure to get there early before it gets crowded).

Craftadian was founded in 2011 by Jacqueline Hunter, who started as a local maker herself. Craftadian hosts annual Spring and Holiday markets attracting over 5000 annual shoppers featuring over 400 annual makers.
