30-storey James St. condo will be the tallest tower in St. Catharines

“The tallest tower to grace the City of St. Catharines” is taking shape on James St. and is expected to reach completion in 2026.
According to BuzzBuzzHome, the 30-storey, 276-unit building–developed by Elite Developments–is currently in pre-construction at 88 James St. in the city’s downtown core.
The development’s official website says units, which will range in price from the high $300,000s to the low $600,000s, will go on sale this month.

“Enjoy sleek and stylish living in the heart of the city, which offers an exciting urban environment boasting boutiques, culture, cafes, entertainment, events and more.”

As far as amenities go, the building will boast a kid’s lounge, party room, games room, connectivity lounge and a gym.
Units come in a variety of sizes and configurations, with some suites offering one bedroom and one bathroom and others offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms and studies.
