3-vehicle crash causes major road closure in Brampton

A multi-vehicle collision has resulted in a road closure at a major Brampton intersection.

On Thursday morning, three vehicles were involved in a crash at Mississauga Road and Bovaird Drive West.

Peel police and paramedics have responded to the scene, with all involved vehicle occupants being assessed for injuries.

The crash has closed the southbound lanes on Mississauga Road from Bovaird until further notice.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area and take alternate routes.
