3 new openings at this popular shopping centre in Oakville

Three popular new stores have joined Upper Oakville Shopping Centre’s extensive selection of food, fashion and fun.
Located at the corner of Upper Middle Road and Eighth Line, the outdoor shopping centre has been one of the community’s mainstays for over 30 years, with a wide variety of different stores (including restaurants, grocers, spas and other services) to ensure shoppers can find everything they need in one place.
Over the years they’ve seen some exciting new openings, such as Toronto-based restaurants and international food brands opening their first west GTA locations at Upper Oakville Shopping Centre.
Their selection of stores has now gotten even bigger with the arrival of restaurants Boustan, Pisac Peruvian Bistro, and kids clothing store Once Upon a Child.

At Boustan, let your senses guide you to the flavours of the Mediterranean! The popular Montreal-based fast-casual chain, which specializes in Lebanese cuisine, has opened its third Ontario location at Upper Oakville Shopping Centre. The menu brings a modern twist to authentic Lebanese classics, with a variety of pita wraps and bowls featuring falafel, kafta, chicken and beef shawarma, veggies, and more.
The menu also has classic poutine, shawarma poutine, hummus, and golden seasoned potatoes served with garlic sauce, among other favourites.
The popular restaurant franchise has been a staple of Montreal’s food scene since 1986, with the goal of making their guests feel like they’re eating a homemade Middle Eastern meal that’s fresh and delicious. With over 60 combined locations in Montreal and now Ontario, their fast-growing success makes this new location well worth checking out.
Whether you’re looking for affordable clothing and toys for your children, or have gently used items that you’d like to sell, Once Upon a Child is your new go-to. The new store features a collection of quality children’s clothes and toys that are sourced from members of the community, with gently used items at up to 70% off of regular retail prices.

The restaurant’s original location in Toronto began after Chef Renzo Galleno (born in Lima, Peru) arrived in Toronto in 1983. Inspired by the amazing Peruvian dishes his father cooked, he began working at his sister’s restaurant, The Boulevard Cafe – one of the first Peruvian restaurants to open in Canada – before opening his own restaurant. Now with a second location under its belt, Pisac Peruvian Bistro is excited to bring its popular Peruvian cuisine to Oakville.
