3 men attempt to steal purse with knife in Brampton

Police are searching for three men after an attempted robbery was reported in Brampton.

Three men allegedly attempted to steal a purse on Howden Blvd. in Brampton around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday (Aug. 10). One man had a knife.

There were no physical injuries and nothing was taken in the incident.

The three men were last seen running on the path towards the community centre. The suspects are described as South Asian, all in their late teens. One was wearing a grey sweater and a black bandana, another had a black scarf on his head, and the third was wearing red.
