3 masked men wanted for armed home invasion in Hamilton

Police are on the hunt for three masked individuals following an armed home invasion early Saturday morning in Hamilton.

Officers were called to a home on Rymal Road East near Arrowhead Drive in the Butler neighbourhood shortly after 4 a.m. following reports of a break-in.

Investigators allege the suspects forced their way into a unit at 565 Rymal Rd. E. One of the suspects was reportedly armed with a firearm.

Hamilton Police say the suspects demanded money from the occupants before fleeing the scene. No injuries have been reported.

Investigators believe the home invasion was targeted.

The suspects were last seen leaving in a dark-coloured sedan, possibly a Honda Civic.

Hamilton Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or has security camera footage from the area around the time of the home invasion to contact investigators.
