3 car crash leaves major intersection closed in Brampton

UPDATE: Peel Regional police say that the roads have reopened

Peel Regional Police are asking commuters to beware of a three vehicle crash resulting in a rollover, that has led to the closure of the Williams Parkway and Airport Road intersection in Brampton.

The crash occurred shortly before 5 p.m. on Friday (May 26) creating significant disruptions to traffic flow. According to authorities, the incident has caused the closure of both northbound lanes, while partial closures have affected the southbound lanes as well.

Fortunately, there were no reported injuries as a result of the crash. Despite this, Peel Regional Police are urging motorists and residents to exercise caution and seek alternative routes until the intersection is reopened.
