Enjoy the warm weather while you can, another wild weather swing is expected this weekend in southern Ontario.

The temperature was expected to reach from 18 C to 21 C today (March 13) in Mississauga, Brampton, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville and Durham Region.

This high is close to the record warmest March 13, which was 21.4 C in 1990 for Mississauga, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.

These temperatures are way above normal for this time of year.

The average high should be around 4 C and lows at about -6 C, according to Environment and Climate Change Canada.

But it appears we will get those temperatures soon.

The temperatures will drop starting tomorrow and Friday when the high is expected to reach 11 C, according to Environment Canada.

On the weekend, however, temperatures will plunge further with a high of 9 C and partly sunny skies on Saturday (March 16) in Mississauga.

St. Patrick’s Day will get the coldest blast when we will get a high of 6 C and lows of -6 C with a chance of flurries.

Monday and Tuesday are expected to be colder with only a high of 1 C.
