A large property in Mississauga recently sold for more than half a million dollars over asking.
The detached home at 540 Sir Richard’s Rd sold in March for a whopping $3,100,000 — that’s $615,000 over the home’s listed selling price of $2,485,000.
The house’s most prominent features are its 3/4 acre lot backing onto the Credit River ravine, and a sauna made from dry cedar wood.
The house is nearly 2,200 sq. ft and has 3+2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 garages, and a backyard with an inground pool.
The property was listed for sale on March 23rd and was sold only two days later on March 25th.
According to its listing history, it previously sold in October 2018 for the much lower price of $1,700,000.
