2 shootings reported overnight in Brampton

A house and two vehicles were shot at overnight in Brampton.
In the first incident, a house and vehicle were shot at in the Rutherford Road North and Bruce Beer Drive area around 2 a.m. today (Feb. 27), Peel Regional Police said in a post on X.
There were no injuries reported and no suspect information.
The second shooting was reported a few hours later at 4:47 a.m., police said.
In this case, a vehicle was shot at in the Bovaird Drive West and Royal Orchard Drive area in Brampton.

Once again, no injuries were reported.
Royal Orchard Drive was closed between Bovaird Drive and Gilgorm Road as of 6:30 a.m.
It is unknown if the two shootings are connected, police added.
The investigation is ongoing.
