2 Males Wanted After Explosive Device Injures 15 in Mississauga

Police are now searching for two suspects caught on security camera (below) that detonated an improvised explosive device within the Bombay Bhel on the northeast plaza at Hurontario/Eglinton.

According to Peel Paramedics 15 people were injured and taken to local hospital and three in critical condition were taken to a Toronto Trauma Centre.

Two parties fled the scene immediately after the incident.

First is described as male, 5’10 to 6 feet, stocky build, mid-20s, light skin. He was wearing dark blue jeans, dark zip up hoodie pulled over head, baseball cap with light grey peak, face covered with black cloth material.

Second male described as 5’9” to 5’10”, fair skin, and thin build. He was wearing faded blue jeans; dark zip-up hoodie hood pulled over his head, grey t-shirt, dark coloured skate shoes, face covered.

Police are asking the public for assistance in identifying the two parties that fled following the explosion.
