Two luxurious Mississauga homes have made a top 10 list of Ontario’s most expensive houses.

While the average price of a single-family detached home in Mississauga was at $1,563,717 in August, these massive homes are priced much higher.

Both of these luxury homes are featured on real estate brokerage Zoocasa’s top 10 most expensive properties in Ontario list.

The most expensive on the top 10 list is the lakeside Mississauga home at 928 Lynnrod Court.

The 1.2 acre-property has nearly 300 feet of private lake frontage along with a concrete dock that could accommodate a 45-foot yacht.

It also boasts seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, an indoor pool and a home theatre.

The taxes will cost you though — listed at $82,635 a year.

The second Mississauga home on the list at 2280 Doulton Dr. is not far from the mansion at 2275 Doulton Dr. recently featured on the Netflix series Painkiller.

This home features five large bedroom suites; two of which are primary bedrooms. All bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms and closets outfitted by Trevisana.
