2 big lottery prizes were just won in Ontario

Two big lottery prizes have been won in Ontario.

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation told INsauga.com that both the classic jackpot and the $1 million prize for Saturday’s Lotto 6/49 draw were won by tickets sold in Ontario.

The $5 million classic jackpot was won by a ticket sold in Nepean.

The guaranteed $1 million gold ball draw prize was won by a ticket sold in Toronto.

The OLG said that multiple tickets are also sharing the second-place prize for the classic draw, which means they matched five out of six numbers plus the bonus.

Eight tickets — five sold in Ontario, two in Western Canada and one in Atlantic Canada — each won $37,646.40 from that.

Here is a look at the winning numbers for the Saturday, April 26 Lotto 6/49 draw, according to the OLG website:

Encore: 4980810

Wednesday’s Lotto 6/49 draw has the classic jackpot at its fixed $5 million, as well as the gold ball jackpot at $56 million, or the guaranteed $1 million prize.
