13 bus shelters across Burlington vandalized

More than a dozen bus shelters in Burlington were vandalized in Burlington last week.

According to a complaint made to Halton police, 13 shelters around the city suffered smashed glass between Feb. 23-28.

Total damage is estimated at around $9,000 for the vandalized shelters on Lakeshore Rd., Harvester Rd., New St., Brant St. and Guelph Line.

Police don’t have any suspects at this time and are asking for any witnesses or anyone who might have dash cam footage to contact them at 905-825-4777.
