$1 Mil Winning Lottery Ticket Just Sold in Mississauga

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again–we are a wonderfully lucky city.
The good news is that, this time around, the new Mississauga millionaire might be you.
According to a recent OLG news release, a Lotto 6/49 guaranteed $1 million winning ticket was sold in Mississauga. The draw took place on Oct. 29.
“Somebody’s going to win the Guaranteed $1 Million Prize each and every draw, and this time the winning ticket was sold in Mississauga!” said Wendy Montgomery, OLG Vice President, Lottery Marketing & Sales.
According to OLG, there have been 360 Guaranteed $1 Million Prize Draws to date. One hundred and fifty-seven of the winning tickets have been sold in Ontario.
The next LOTTO 6/49 draw is on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 for an estimated $24 million jackpot and the Guaranteed $1 Million Prize Draw. Players have until 10:30 p.m. to purchase their tickets.
