Police investigating after deceased male found in Milton parking lot

Halton police are investigating after a death occurred in a Milton parking lot this past weekend.

According to Constable Steve Elms, Media Relations Officer for Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS), police received a call on Sunday, Aug. 7 just after 3:00 p.m.

The call was in regard to a deceased male that was found in the parking lot of Robert Edmondson Conservation area in Milton.

Elms told insauga that the vehicle and driver were located by Halton Conservation staff and that the deceased was a 51-year-old male from Cambridge.

A post-mortem is to be conducted in an effort to determine the cause of death, according to Elms.
