One person dead following car fire in Mississauga parking lot

One person is dead following an overnight vehicle fire in a parking lot in Mississauga.

According to Peel Paramedics, emergency services were called to a lot near Paramount Fine Foods Centre on Rose Cherry Place in Mississauga just before 11:15 p.m. to reports of a car on fire.

Peel Paramedics confirmed that one person at the scene was pronounced dead. The gender and age of the victim have yet to be disclosed.
