The Milton Public Library (MPL) has partnered with A Chef’s Ego for another cooking class to teach participants how to make food items perfect for Super Bowl Sunday.

The upcoming class will feature Chef Shane Gannon, who will teach participants the art of cooking so that they can prepare an impressive array of snacks for friends and family on game day.

The class will take place via Crowdcast on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The menu will feature a smash burger and Gannon’s special burger sauce, lemon pepper baked chicken wings and garlic parmesan fries.

“It’s finally Super Bowl weekend and Chef Shane wants to help you prepare for the celebrations. In this cooking class, Chef Shane will teach participants how to prepare a lovely game day menu,” reads the event page.

In the past, Gannon has taught classes on Italian and French cooking, both of which piqued the interest of several of its participants.
