A garbage truck catching fire has resulted in several roads in Mississauga temporarily shutting down.
Peel police specified that the incident took place today on Britannia Road West and Glen Erin Drive.
While the fire has now been extinguished and no injuries have been reported, severeal roads have been shut down as a result.

These include the westbound route of Britannia Road at Erin Mills and the eastbound route Britannia Road at Glen Erin.
Polce advice all motorists to use alternate routes until further notice.
