Fire department responds to residential fire in Milton

Police say a call was received at 9:15 am today (Dec. 3) in regard to a fire in Milton.

According to Constable Steve Elms, the fire occurred at a residence on Commercial Street.

Elms confirmed one party was transported to the hospital as a result of the fire and the extent of the party’s injuries is unknown.
