Everything you need to know about holiday closures in Milton

This year, Christmas Day falls on Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021. This means that many things that are typically open in Milton will be closed the following Monday and Tuesday this year due to the holidays carrying over.

Here’s everything you need to know about holiday closures in Milton this year.

Town Hall will be closed from Dec. 24, 2021, until Jan. 3, 2022.

Milton Sports Centre will be closed on Dec. 25 and 26 but will reopen on Dec. 27 and 28. It will be closed again on Jan. 1, 2022.

Milton Leisure Centre will also be closed from Dec. 24 to 26, Dec. 31 and Jan. 1.

Sherwood Community Centre and Mattamy National Cycling Centre will be closed Dec. 25, 26 and Jan. 1.

Milton Memorial Arena is closed from now until Jan. 2 and the Seniors’ Activity Centre and John Tonelli Sports Centre are closed until Jan. 3.

The FirstOntario Arts Centre is currently closed and all arts programming and activities will be held at alternate locations until further notice.

Town staff are currently addressing urgent or health and safety inquiries only. Residents will receive responses once offices reopen for all non-urgent inquiries.
