Car Fire Breaks Out in a House in Mississauga

Peel Regional Police and the City’s fire department were called to the scene of a vehicle fire Saturday evening in Mississauga.

The fire was reported around 8:30 p.m. in the area of Sherwood Forrest and King Richards, south of Dundas Street at Mississauga Road.

The fire was put out with thankfully no injuries reported, although it did manage to do some slight damage to the garage it was parked in.

The cause of the fire has not been specified.
