2 lanes closed on QEW after a transport truck fire in Mississauga

Two lanes were closed on the QEW due to a transport truck fire early this morning in Mississauga.
A tractor-trailer was on fire in the westbound lanes of the QEW near Mississauga Road this morning (Dec. 6), the OPP said in a post on X at 5:20 a.m.
The two right lanes were closed. As of 7 a.m. the lanes were still closed for the clean up.
There was no word on injuries or the cause of the fire.
